Terri has served as a member of the Texas Association of Realtors Professional Standards and Ethics Committee since 2001 and is an approved instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission for nine different courses. Some may say that “those who can’t do, teach”, clearly Terri proves this adage wrong as she is an accomplished real estate agent and broker as well as an exemplary teacher. She has also served on Houston Association of Realtors Training & Member Profitability Taskforce Member since 2002.
As a Heights resident since 1989, Terri has a name that is trusted throughout the community. She believes strongly in the importance of community involvement and the power of networking. She is the past President of the Woodland Heights Civic Association, a position Terri served in 2005-2006 and 2008-2009, co-chairperson for the Woodland Heights Civic Association, Lights in the Heights® and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and various other church and school activities. She is also strong advocate for the fight against breast cancer working with the Nancy Owens Breast Cancer Foundation since 2002 and serves as the chairperson as of 2020.
