Suzie Davis

As Property Manager for Bernstein Realty, Suzie Davis manages the company’s property management division. Her primary focus is to ensure a smooth landlord/tenant relationship and works first hand with landlords, tenants, and vendors on a daily basis. Suzie is well versed in directing, leasing, marketing, operating, and managing diverse portfolios of income-producing properties.

Suzie worked in commercial real estate and asset management for 12 years prior to joining Bernstein Realty. Her background encompasses new construction, retail, foreclosures, warehouse space, capital improvements, and budgeting.

Suzie is married to Stan, a homebuilder, and they have one son. When she’s not working, she enjoys watching her son pitch at the collegiate level, running, and socializing with her friends.

Suzie Davis graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, with a Bachelor or Arts degree in History. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
