Sarah Kay DeLachica is a proud third generation Houstonian who joined Bernstein Realty in 2021.  She takes pride in knowing many neighborhoods in Houston inside and outside the loop, having spent much of her life residing in some of these areas which include Meyerland, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Lynn Park/Highland Village and Montrose.  Sarah thinks that Houston is such a great place to live because each neighborhood has its own unique personality and they all have something special to offer.  She is committed to using her knowledge of Houston to better assist her clients.

After graduating from Bellaire High School, Sarah attended Stephens College in Columbia, MO where she majored in Fashion Merchandising.  Upon college graduation, Sarah moved back to Houston where she worked for a local manufacturer managing their sales reps.  She went on to manage and buy for retail companies including Bath & Body Works, Banana Republic, Oshman’s Sporting Goods, Foley’s Department Stores & Service Corporation International.  Sarah received many awards in customer service, sales, operations and negotiations from her peers.  In addition to her retail career, Sarah founded and developed a special-order cookie and cupcake company that had a great following.

Sarah attributes her success to having a strong work ethic, always being organized, being prepared and most of all to being a great listener.  Throughout her career, Sarah has developed strong negotiation skills, great attention to detail and a passion for providing the best client service.  She is committed to her clients and feels that their experience is the most important part of the transaction.

When Sarah isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family.  She has many hobbies which some include cooking, jogging, yoga, traveling, finding new restaurants and going to museums.  She enjoys volunteering and has been involved with Zoo Friends, the Holocaust Museum Houston and served as Membership Chair of Sisterhood at her Temple.
