Neil Silverman

Neil Silverman is a licensed Realtor serving the Houston market, a Native Houstonian and a resident of Bellaire, Texas for over 30 years. With a BA in Marketing from Texas State University, Neil began his career in a family business for auto parts distribution which spanned 18 years. He managed it through an acquisition by a publicly traded company, including the sale of real estate holdings of two distribution centers and several company-owned stores. Shortly after, Neil entered the advertising industry, working for KPRC Channel 2, the NBC affiliate in Houston, Texas. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Neil was the guiding force for a commercial HVAC Manufacture based in Houston Texas for over 10 years where he worked at the Local, National and Global Level assisting Mechanical Engineers in the design of their projects.

Transitioning into real estate as a career was a natural choice and has assisted clients in both selling and buying homes in various areas including Bellaire, West University, Meyerland, The Heights, Midtown, Museum District, Sugar Land, Sienna, and The Woodlands. With expertise in sales and marketing, Neil provides his clients with strong negotiating skills. Neil’s focus is on client satisfaction and attention to detail. Now in his ninth year with Bernstein Realty, Neil has earned Bernstein Realty’s Top Producer award multiple times and has frequently been named Top Monthly Sales Agent. Neil consistently exemplifies hard work, integrity, and dedication throughout the entirety of every transaction.

Neil is a family man dedicated to his wife and two children. While not working on behalf of his clients and enjoying family time, Neil enjoys golf, working out, being a member of the Bellaire Rotary, and playing guitar as a professional musician with various bands around Houston.
