Mark McNitt - my realtor - is magnificent. I don't write reviews but the service I received from Mark - both times we worked together - was superlative. Selling or purchasing a home is incredibly stressful - anyone who has done so or is thinking to do so is fully aware of this stress. I know I thought I was under control, not unreasonable, etc etc etc. Whelp - guess what? some major unreasonable and sneaky emotional feelings DID creep in there and whoa, Nelly! Mark was able to talk me down. I was also selling just as the new legal ruling about the seller (not) paying the buyer's real estate person a commission was happening, and boy I resented paying that fee because the buyer would not budge. I had a deadline and was not happy but Mark was splendid and amazing and I simply cannot praise his skill sets highly enough. Mark has been in real estate for - for - 35? 38? years and he is everything you want in a realtor even if you are not sure what you want or even need in a realtor. Additionally, Mark remains in contact and checks to be sure his people have filed for their homestead in Texas, or have what they need for taxes in Arizona: he is not a 'one-and-done' person. Mark sincerely and deeply cares for his people and oh how I wish in this day and age of job incompetence and neglect that Mark's work ethic would be more common....yet Mark is UNCOMMON and in the best of all possible ways. I absolutely cannot recommend Mark McNitt more highly as the very tip-top Realtor I have ever worked with or even heard about - he is THAT great.
