Anita Bormaster, a native Houstonian, spent the first part of her career in the nonprofit sector as a development professional, aligning the interests and passions of individuals and families with projects to better the community. Anita prides herself on the importance of building quality and authentic relationships and is excited to bring these skills into Residential Real Estate, assisting clients in purchasing their new home and/or selling their current home. Other services include new construction,  leasing and apartment locating.
Anita grew up in the Memorial area and now resides in southwest Houston, giving her a wide knowledge of the many neighborhoods in the Houston and surrounding areas. She thrives on helping others and bringing people together.  Anita has a strong belief that  there is no better place to build connections, memories and relationships than in your home. 
Anita was raised around the real estate industry, and exposed to it from a very young age. She always admired the deep commitment of her family in providing a positive experience for their clients and she proud to be walking the same path. 
In her free time, Anita loves spending time and making memories with her family which includes her husband, three children and their beloved dog. She loves to travel and when driving around the city you will find her radio playing 90’s country music!!! Anita is also very passionate about health and wellness and you can often find her in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe, or in the gym working toward her next fitness challenge!!
