Realtor of the Week: Trent Johnson can see home’s potential

Houston has a lot to offer, so there is a property for everyone.

“I have lived in various areas of Houston over the years and have family spread out all over the city. I help clients from Sugar Land to Katy, Houston, The Woodlands, Cypress, Spring and Friendswood,” said Trent Johnson, a Realtor with Bernstein Realty.

Having been in real estate for 15 years, Johnson brings a lot to his clients. For example, his previous career was in a creative industry, so he has an eye for aesthetics.

“I had always considered real estate fascinating and with my creative background. I can imagine the potential of a home. This eye for design and my solid understanding of running a business have been foundational to my real estate business over the years,” Johnson said.

He also looks at real estate from an investor’s point of view.

“Because your home may be your biggest investment, I feel a sound decision can greatly impact your financial future in a positive way,” Johnson said.

After college, Johnson started a successful graphics design company with an associate. The internet was just catching on, so there was a great demand for web development and building an online presence for companies.

As the years went on, web design and development reached a saturation point, and in-depth product development made way to quick and inexpensive templates. So, Johnson sold his portion of the company and set out on a new career path: real estate.

Johnson is known as a highly dedicated Realtor who brings an infectious energy and positive attitude to his clients, as well as integrity, professionalism, and a strong business sense. He is also committed to his clients.

“Whether you are a first-time home buyer, current home seller or an experienced investor, I will listen carefully to best serve your needs. It is critical to guide my clients through the steps of buying or selling to ensure a successful transaction,” he said.

Johnson is also an award-winning Realtor, and a few of those awards he has received multiple times include Bernstein Realty’s Achievement of Excellence, Top Buyer’s Agent, Top Listing Agent, and has been recognized as the Monthly Top Listing and Top Sales Agent.

He also holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
