Sondra Rosenthal, a Realtor with Bernstein Realty, brings many skills and talents to the table that benefit her clients when she is helping to meet their real estate goals.
A few of these skills include over a decade of successful experience in the industry, knowledge of the market, trends and the ever-changing contracts. Yet, there is more.
Rosenthal’s background is in interior design, so when she is showing homes and clients wonder how or if their furniture will fit, she helps them visualize each room, and how their belongings will come together to make the house their home. Clients find her eye for decor very beneficial.
“Working in our family’s store, I was able to assist customers in designing different spaces, adding pieces that complemented existing furniture, and more. Working in furniture sales I honed many skills, which I am thankful for today,” Rosenthal said.
People skills, listening to what customers were looking for and then helping them find the right piece, design, patience, being detail oriented, and focusing on the client’s goals are only a few talents Rosenthal gained working in her family’s store.
Rosenthal, a third-generation Houstonian, has been in sales since she was 15, working in her family’s high-end furniture store, Aaron Galleries, which was in business for over 45 years. After it closed 20 years ago, her father returned to real estate and Rosenthal joined him a few years later. Together they were a very successful team. When he retired, she joined Bernstein Realty and has not looked back.
“My father was in real estate when I was growing up. He would take the family to look at different properties, and it got into my blood. I love what I do. I love working with my clients, Rosenthal said.
Rosenthal works in all areas of Houston, so she has her finger on the pulse of the industry, from The Woodlands to Pearland, Sugar Land to Spring, and Katy to downtown.
However, her home area, which is inside the Loop, is her main focus area.
“I am honored to work with clients during all stages of their lives, from first-time home buyers, to those upsizing or downsizing,” she said.
Rosenthal goes above and beyond to meet clients’ goals and needs, and she is there as a resource for long after they have settled in their home.
She is also known for her energy and positive attitude, and most of all, her clients come first. Their success is what keeps her smiling.
