Bernstein Realty Agents Teach MUD Class

Bernstein Realty’s Mark McNitt and Bob Murdock recently taught a very informative class to all the agents at the company’s monthly Breakfast Bites seminar. The topic was Water Districts or “MUDS” (Municipal Utility Districts) and included a deeper understanding of water districts, extraterritorial jurisdiction and the different real estate forms relating to these topics. It was an extremely informative, well attended and wonderfully taught class!
