Daniell Davis joined Bernstein Realty in December of 2024 and brings a vast knowledge of residential and commercial real estate transactions and real estate law. As an Attorney and Realtor, Davis combines her love of real property and problem-solving to bring innovative solutions to her clients. She believes success is rooted in one’s ability to create genuine relationships and trust. Davis understands that each Seller behind a listing and each Buyer submitting an offer has a story that ties them to their real estate needs and goals. Listening and understanding what drives each party to a transaction creates effective negotiations and satisfied clients.

Davis was raised in Southwest Houston and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2004. She earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2010 and is a practicing real estate lawyer. Davis became a licensed Realtor with the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2018.

In 2024, Davis was honored as the City of Houston’s Outstanding Legal Accomplishment Award recipient for making significant legal contributions in real estate that benefit the long-term well-being of the City’s residents and businesses.

Davis is a wife and mother of four and spends her free time volunteering on the PTO Board, cheering on the Houston sports teams, and tapping into her creative side with small DIY projects and designs.
